My experience with Bare Protein has been extremely frustrating. After having a negative reaction to rheir protein, I contacted customer service and was given only a partial refund, with shipping costs not refunded. I was also told that no further orders would be sent to me. Three months later, I was shocked to receive another shipment and be charged again. When I contacted customer service, they told me they would send a return label. That return label never arrived. I followed up multiple times and now my emails are being ignored. It’s been over a week with no response despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue. To make matters worse, the phone numbers listed do not work, and I have been unable to find a valid address to return the product myself. As a result, I was forced to file a chargeback through my credit card company. The the lack of communication and accountability has been unacceptable.
