Ich habe mehrfach bei Ihnen bestellt und war mit den Produkten grundsätzlich zufrieden. Allerdings werde ich künftig nicht mehr bei Ihnen bestellen. Der Grund ist der Versand mit UPS. Obwohl ich Versandkosten für die Zustellung nach Hause bezahle, werden die Pakete häufig ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund an einen Abholpunkt gebracht. Dieses Mal musste ich sogar insgesamt rund zwei Stunden aufwenden, um das Paket im Stadtzentrum abzuholen. Früher wurden die Sendungen zumindest an näher gelegene Abholstellen geliefert. Für mich ist es unverständlich, dass die Qualität der Zustellung offenbar keine Priorität hat. Schade, denn die Produkte sind gut, aber der Versandservice macht das Einkaufserlebnis für mich zu frustrierend. Daher nur 1 von 5 Sternen.

Product I can trust

I started using these products just recently but I can say is that the quality is superb. I always get the creatine and whey with collagen. I would love to suggest that it is nice to have like 2 kgs of whey with collagen in a one big container rather than small ones,just like the one in the market today.
