Very Disappointed with the Experience I haven’t even received my order yet, and I’m already extremely disappointed. After spending almost 200€, I did not expect to be left waiting and confused about who will cover the customs fees. DHL has been waiting for your response regarding whether you will take responsibility for the cost, and I still haven’t received any update. It feels unfair that a customer should pay almost double the product price just to clear a parcel — especially when this information was never made clear before purchase. To make things worse, I was even asked to describe in detail what the package contained, which was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary. I’ve been trying to reach both DHL and your team for days with no clear answers, and on top of that, I now receive an email asking me to review a product I have never even received. This whole experience has been very disappointing, and I truly hope you reconsider how you handle international orders and customer communication.
