I wish I liked this more. I really struggle with the insertion/removal process. Once it’s in, it’s so nice to basically forget about my period until bedtime. I *feel* cleaner compared to using a pad and don’t worry about leaks compared to using a tampon. But getting the cup out is awful for me. Maybe I have short fingers or something about my anatomy isn’t quite a match for the cup, but after three cycles and multiple different tips & tricks, I still struggle with removal. I just can’t seem to reach the base of the cup to break the seal, and end up having to just stop and try again later because the stress makes it that much harder. Insertion isn’t super comfortable, but I can deal with it. I have mixed feelings overall but feel like I need some kind of device to help with removal or maybe I should’ve tried the disc instead of the cup.

It took a ton of time to arrive but my daughter is satisfied with the cup and the steamer. Super easy to use off the start.

Pull tab

Hi! I really like the cup so far (used it 2 days in a row). Getting it in is very easy, however, the tab to pull it out is flat and on the thinner side (compared to what I’ve seen and the cup I used prior to this). It makes taking it out a bit of an annoying process and wrist exercise. Can you advise on tips for this?
