Great cake. Fantastic "crumb", excellent chocolate buttercream frosting, excellent raspberry buttercream filling, very nicely decorated and inscribed. Loved the streamlined process, professionalism of email notices and on-site staff. Hansen's cakes are very cutomizable as to crumb, frosting, and filling. Perfect ratio of frosting and filling to crumb. Fair prices. Ready on time. We bought a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting and raspberry buttercream filling -- everybody loved it!

Very good cake i drove an hour to pick it up! Well worth the drive I’ve had their cakes before and the best.

I love Hansen so much the writing and the flowers and the size of the cakes are always so perfect and they taste delicious
