This set is very cute and the material is buttery soft like other reviews say. It does stretch however it's more of a tight stretch. I wouldn't go any smaller on myself personally because I don't like things really short on me. For reference I'm 5'3 160lbs 37 31 43 and wear a 36C bra. I bought a large in shorts and M/L in the top. Fits perfectly without feeling too tight.
