Tail Light Kit

This product came without the screw that mounts to the bike. When I asked for customer service, all I got back were questions about the original packing and the box that it came in with pics of each and did I remember my invoice number instead of just replacing the screw that wasn’t with the package when I voiced my concern about their customer service they ignored it. I’m sure the product is good but I wouldn’t know because I can’t seem to get the missing screw without having to jump through a bunch of hoops for a company that I just got done spending near $3000 with. I guess it’s worth it if you don’t have to call for help with the product that you buy.
