​Extremely Disappointing - Poor Quality and Serious Legal Issues ⭐️ ​I strongly advise against purchasing this e-bike or dealing with this company. ​Illegal in the Netherlands: The bike features a throttle reaching 25 km/h, far exceeding the Dutch legal limit of 6 km/h (walk-assist). Because of this, I received a police fine, and my friend's bike was confiscated! ​Heavy & Impractical: After disconnecting the throttle to avoid further legal trouble, riding it became a nightmare. The bike is excessively heavy, making pedaling extremely difficult. It looks good, but the performance is terrible. ​Electronic Faults: The bike has constant technical glitches. The display frequently triggers an "ERROR" screen and shuts down entirely, even with a fully charged battery. ​Terrible Customer Support: Customer service is unhelpful and unprofessional, providing zero support for these major defects. ​An illegal, heavy, and unreliable bike backed by poor customer support.
