Great turn around time. . . small flaw

I was very impressed with the turnaround time in fulfilling my custom frame--shipped to me only two days after placing the order. And it arrived only two days after that. Great! The only small issue was that one of the joined corners was not well aligned. You can actually see through the gap at the join. Thankfully it is not really noticeable after the dust cover went on the back, STILL. . . I would have expected your quality control to catch such an issue.

I am so impressed with my experience with Custom Framing! Its absolutely beautiful and the mounting/hanging kit I ordered make actually framing my canvas incredibly easy. Thanks for a great experience; I'll absolutely be back in the future!

We were first time customers and decided to give it a try to save money. I did request that the frame come assembled. It didn't, but the instructions for assembly were as easy as stated on the web site. The only thing not included in the hardware kit was some wood glue but I bought some and everything worked out great. It may not have even been necessary with the assembly method. All I good!
