For my first use I used the stones very gingerly, heeding the advice to "not scrub," and I wasn't really sure how much of a difference I would notice after wetting the stone and adding my body wash. I just used gentle circular motions on my skin, and I didn't really feel that much happening. However, after toweling off I was super surprised how very soft and smooth my skin felt! I am so glad I ordered an extra set - now I just have to figure out who to gift it to, because I am sure several of my friends would love it!

Great accessory for my stones. They are made of black slate with small felt feet. It’s the perfect seat for my stones. It looks nice and is functional. Highly recommend.
