K11 great little vacuum..couple of small things
Vacuum does exactly as advertised! Great cleaning power for suction. have not used the mop yet but did not buy for that. Needed it mixture of tile and carpet with carpet being the main need. Couple of things to note: Getting into the Home App (IOS) took a while. multiple restarts and resets did not do anthing at first. waited a couple of days and reset the entire matter set up for the 5th time and finally worked. In the home app, the status will "stall" on charging or updating. Restarting the phone or making product chirp with the Switchbot app will force status update. that was with iOS 26. Just got new phone with iOS27. So far, it seems to be working fine. I still recommend both this vacuum and Switchbot products. We have a decent amount stuff and will continue to support.

Great value, nice form factor
Not gonna lie, I was super frustrated on the first 2-3 runs as it kept getting stuck behind my couch and couldnt handle my dark patterned rug. But after taping white paper over the cliff sensors and physically walling off the most problematic areas behind the couch its been running great. I have it scheduled to run 3x week and it has actually made a hige improvment to my general tidiness. Totally worth it.

Great little helper
This Bot works like a charm. I use it only in the upstairs area of the house. It is very quiet and does a good job cleaning. It was also easy to install. Very happy with my purchase.
