DTF Gang Sheet Upload

I was disappointed in how long it took to have my prints ready. I submitted them around noon and at 6 they were still not ready but on top of that they were not even printed because apparently there was an issue with the file that was sent in but at no time did anyone take a moment to call to inform me of the situation. On top of that when I arrived at the store I waited for over an hour and half before a manager even came out to speak with me regarding my situation. If I would not have come to the store I probably would have never gotten my prints which I didn't get until around 8pm. Extremely disappointing.

Great customer service great quality of products I will definitely be ordering more products I love the way they communicated with me to insure they printed the correct image the way I wanted
