Super small , wrong size, Sent the wrong size

I actually like the qualify and design. Not real deal luxury wool but great for the price. The problem thlugh is the sizing. This shoukd be a small or xs not a medium. I’m a short guy and the arms were way short and my forearms couldnt actually fit either.
