Air Pro® Compression System

Need to return backpack due to the zipper doesnt fully close and allow air to seep back into the vacuum bag . Furthurmore, the company has not provided me with return instructions or return label for the last five days with the same email on a daily basis.. I am going to dispute credit card charge if not remedied since the company will not provide me with refund instructions or return label going on 5 days now. Flovir sends me the same email over and over and don’t address the issue I need to return this backpack. VERY Dissatisfied customer that needs instant remedy today, 6/17/26

This backpack is very versatile. It has lots of pockets and is organized well. The air pro compression system is very convenient for maximizing space on trips. I’ve only used this for a week, but I am very pleased with the quality of construction and convenience. I would recommend this to others, for sure.

Was sent a defrctive bag with the interior zipper that looks like thry added a piece to the top. Zipper would not zip all the way up so thr vacuum seal doesnt work. They also addrd large white lettering that says FLOVIR on the front of the bag. It looks terrible and I have not seen this on any other bag on their website or from other customers who purchased this bag. Seller is dragging their feet on issuing a refund. DO NOT BUY.
