Do not trust this company

I had an ongoing subscription to the water filter replacements. When my second order came around, I never received a confirmation email or tracking info. The order is listed in my account on their website, but it says “undefined.” This is over a month after it was supposed to be shipped. I was charged for the filter and the subscription would have gone on indefinitely if I had not canceled and removed my payment info. I also now have no way to order replacement water filters, because I will never trust this company again. I reached out to their customer service team twice with no response…turns out they have an F rating from BBB for not responding to customer complaints.

Great product. These filters cane fast. Love the Larq pitcher. Its amazing. Crystal clear crisp water. Fits in fridge too! Huge bonus.

Does the Job - Generally ok - price seems quite high against alternatives in the market. Better subscription pricing should be available.
