Halsten Stride Healing Package

The product i received was not as it was pictured. Which is why i gave only two stars. It only has one strap around the leg and the item i saw and thought i was ordering had two straps. I have had the product for 5 days and use it right before bedtime every night. It feels good while using it. I haven’t had it long enough to rate it yet.

Very disappointing experience — order still not received I placed an order with Halsten Stride on July 18, 2026. As of August 20, 2026, I still have not received my order. I contacted them to request a refund before the 90-day money-back guarantee period expires, but they have not responded to my last email. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that I have neither received my order nor gotten a response regarding my refund request. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but completely ignoring a refund request is unacceptable. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering from this company. I hope they resolve this situation and process my refund promptly.

Terrible delivery. They don’t tell you the product is made in China. Took weeks and several contacts with customer service to actually receive the product. The Chinese company kept saying they couldn’t gain access to my home at times I was home and the intercom was never used. The product itself looks very cheap, poor quality materials. The booklets in the picture above are actually e-books which I have yet to be able to access. Overall the experience is the worse online shopping experience I have had. Run. Don’t purchase this product.
