5B LONG BARREL TIPS

I used Woodies for the first time last night and all I gotta say is... WOW!!! I've been playing for 30 plus years and I can say these are the best sticks I've ever played with. I was shocked how good they felt in my hands. Very balanced well made sticks. Next show I'll definitely send a video.

5 of the 6 pairs were between 58 and 60g each. Perfect for tossing 5 pairs into my gig bag. I mean who really only puts one pair in their bag. Not any gigging drummer I know. So, the 6th pair was only 54g each and noticeably lighter and not as straight. I had hoped to throw all 6 pairs in the bag, but the one pair didn’t make it. I hope, and have hoped for many many years, that stick makers would make sure when a customer orders 6 pair or 12 pairs, they are all in the same weight range. But 5 outta 6 ain’t bad. Love the sticks though. Best feeling sticks I’ve ever used, and I’m going on 40 plus years of drumming.

Tried them out for the first time at a show and had a pretty great time. Felt really good after switching from Japanese oak pro marks. So far, seems to be on par, and that's saying something
