Fragrant mild-colored tea...

Fragrant mild-colored tea that won't stain your teeth if you drink it without milk. I wanted something that I could make in the "grandpa" manner -- let the pinch of leaves settle at the bottom of the jar before drinking. Subsequent pours are supposed to release different beneficial polyphenols, so I substitute this tea for my afternoon latte.
