At first we were using it to get the feeling of loading into the hip, but we realized that it can be used to promote a strong front side as well. Weve been using it with the blast motion sensor and my sons rotational acceleration has improve from 7g’s to 13g’s. Phenomenal product and the best thing is that there is no teaching. The power pivot does the work and I highly recommend it to learn how to use your lower half when hitting.

Been using for about a week with my 10 year old. I have tried it as well and works as advertised. It does a great job of getting you to feel your back hip/glute engage and loaded.
