The Torque Bar Training Program

The torque bar is good. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. The knurling is just right, enough to help with grip without tearing up your hand. The torque is exactly what I expected, and I might buy a second. Two small-ish gripes. 1) The screw connection between parts comes unscrewed/loose more easily than I would like and likely needs to be tightened before starting a workout. 2) The pads in bar clamp oozes a liquid that needs to be cleaned after you take it off and the pads sometimes stick to the bar sometimes rather than the clamp. Not a huge deal as I have other clamps but I hoped for better quality on all of the components.

Works great! The thicker handle makes it more challenging.
