Best Noods I Ever Had

I tried the Shortie pasta from Pasta Santina and was really impressed. The texture is excellent!! It cooks evenly and holds sauce beautifully thanks to the bronze-die extrusion. You can tell the quality is a step above typical store-bought pasta.

Best pasta I've tasted in a while! Cooked al dente has a great bite. Flavor is also better than imported Italian pastas.
