Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Good product, terrible customer service.

My order was significantly delayed because of something on their end which I had no control over and yet they never offered any concession for the inconvenience. I had to ask for it myself so I requested expedited shipping on the replacement order to which they said no; so then I requested a discount of some type on the delayed order but instead they replied with a 10% discount on their website on a future order so that way I will have to order something else and pay the shipping fee in order to actually get the discount. I would have been more inclined to order from them again in the future if they had offered or at least honored my request for the expedited shipping or a discount on the delayed order but now I won't order from their site again. Unfortunately, the level of customer service does not measure up to the high price point of the products. I expected much more.

Best olive oil I've ever tasted!

So many olive oils have a terrible aftertaste, but this one is perfect. So buttery and peppery, I just want to drink it all the time. I tried some other brands to save money, but they ended up being a waste of money, so I came back to this one. So delicious!!
