Extremely Disappointing Experience
I was extremely disappointed with my experience.
The Heart Locket Charm is significantly larger than the other charms, which makes the bracelet look completely unbalanced and takes away from its overall aesthetic. This size difference is not clearly highlighted during the purchasing process and is not something you would reasonably expect, especially for a piece of jewelry where harmony and proportion are essential.
A photo showing the charms at their actual size on the bracelet would have easily prevented this situation.
Lack of transparency and a very disappointing customer experience.
