The Haven lanterns were provided to two families who were displaced from their homes in Northern Westchester by a fire that destroyed their 3 family dwelling. These simple lanterns “brought light into their darkest moment” said one of the mothers to me. That says it all.

I’ve been a big fan of the founder’s previous products, so I came into the Haven 10,000 with high expectations. It absolutely delivered! The build quality is outstanding. It feels thoughtfully designed and purpose-built for real use, not just shelf appeal. The light output is incredibly versatile, whether you need a soft ambient glow around camp or full brightness to light up a larger area. Battery life has been excellent, and the reliability is exactly what I’ve come to expect from this team. What really stands out is the attention to detail. Everything about it feels intentional, from the controls to the overall design. It’s a refined product from people who understand how it’s actually going to be used. If you’ve used the founder’s past gear, you’ll appreciate how this builds on that legacy. If you haven’t, this is a great place to start! Easily one of the best lanterns I’ve owned.
