Brilliant pixie

Bought this as a replacement for my e scooter. Glad i did. Its a very sturdy bike. Easy to use and fold. Good battery life. Came pre assembled and with lights and a lock which is a bonus. The only negative i have is the weight of the bike itself. As i caan barely lift it in the door on my house.

I love my Pixie

After a bad experience with an e-bike from another company, I bought Pixie in May 2024 hoping that it would be a reliable commuter bike. I am happy to say that Pixie has exceeded my expectations by a long way. I have just completed 1000 miles of daily commuting with no issues. As a company e-movement are friendly and helpful, especially Mike, who I occasionally email with questions. When my side stand was broken by a careless co-worker in the bike storage, Mike sent me a replacement within 2 days. Excellent customer service. Pixie is a robust and reliable e-bike, capable of coping with the roads and hills of Bristol, although some of the steeper ones have defeated it. Perhaps a more powerful 250w hub might help but overall, I love this bike.
