I thought the vest was lost in transit. I was contacted by MARIA from customer service who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. A few days later I received the product. I am very satisfied with my purchase and pleasantly surprised with the customer service. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM!!!!

The vest was very nice strongly built material. I'm just sorry that it wasn't large enough for me to wear but I'm sure anyone else will be very pleased with it. The people were very cordial and nice helping me with this product.

When I ordered this, it had said comes with the plates, it didn't say you had to order them separately to get them. When I went to customer service, they said I didn't order the plates. Well as I said the email didn't say you have to order them to get them, it just said comes with the plates. Not happy with this company and will not be buying them again.
