Methylene Blue

I was skeptical, thought this was some type of snake oil. After using this product, it works! I need to be more diligent in using it, skip a day or 2 at a time. It works for me takes away the afternoon drowsiness I recommend it.

I had great expectations for the product and I found it more subtle. I do take an SSRI so I have to be carful.

My husband and I have it in our cup of tea first thing in the morning and it helps us get through our busy day.
