The product itself is really good, it works like it should. We are sleeping really better and shorter. I am waking up rested before the clock. We are dreaming more often than before. But the service could really improve. They kept us waiting for the delivery, quote" for the other item on the order to be available". When I reached out to them to send the first item solo, they finally did it.
