I haven't used it yet. I accidently didn't order fitted sheet and pillowcases. As I have sent 8 complaint emails regarding poor quality mat and hand towel and this issue has not been managed at all. I am petrified to spend another penny with your company. To date I have not used any of your products and expecting a full refund of all items and a free postage label to be sent so I can return all goods, including the sheet. I am gob smacked as to yor poor customer service and systems. Your website and products and story seemed really good, sadly its not.
