I'm not sure if it's working yet, so I can't comment on that. But I gave it four stars because the cap didn't fit well and after a week I already lost it. It fell off somewhere while I was wearing it. So I'm a little concerned about it staying clean. Also, I wish there were exercises videos and how-to videos for those of us who new to using one of these.

This was recommended to me by fellow quartet members. I know I will use it regularly because it is so easy. When there was an issue with the first one I received, response was immediate and I had a new one within a week. Thank you.
