I have been unable to use the Wellness Plus program because it's parameters are extremely limited. If I was a 25 year old man it might work fine, but I'm a 53 year old woman in menopause. I don't want or need to lift weights 4 days a week for 60 minutes each time. I need more recovery time in between. If I remove days and go down to 3 days a week, it forces at 70-120 minute workout. The program seems focused only on men, or at least on younger people. Please create the option for programs that support older women who need to lift heavy, need more recovery time between workouts, and who do not need to lift for over an hour during their sessions. Studies show that I can still build muscle with shorter workouts with heavy weights. Don't force me into working out like a young man. I am unable to use the program at all for that reason.

Wellness+ is OK but needs some improvement. I’m able to have it BUILD workouts for me that are good. It does struggle with things like creating a PPL schedule because it doesn’t know the difference between push and pull muscles. It groups, arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, hips, abs.. It would be nice if it understood the difference between pushing poor muscles and was able to build a PPL routine.
