Pistachio Nut Cake

Amazing flavor and texture!

I still can’t believe this is gluten free! I keep buying this and serving at special occasions. It freezes well and keeps well in the fridge too. I hope this is never discontinued! It’s become a reliable, yummy dessert or anytime cake. The flavor is fantastic, with swirls of sugary cinnamon swirled in. It’s delectable!
