Items arrived late

This is an updated review- the items arrived 2 weeks late but that was due to Royal Mail back log. They had been sent on time by Under the Rowan Tree. Danielle also kept in touch throughout the process to see if the order had arrived. She also had a contingency plan had it been lost entirely. Customer service was excellent despite Christmas pressures. It’s just unfortunate that we were let down by Royal Mail. The items themselves are lovely and well appreciated by my daughter. Precious review: The advent calendar and other items have still not arrived. I have had to look around for an alternative for my daughter at the last minute and at an additional cost. I am hugely disappointed with the service.
