customer service is great as they are very responsive. these shoes were back ordered for my friend and they did not arrive in the specified time frame. when they were sent out, the order was lost, and the delivery of the replacement shoes are pending. i ordered these shoes in May! i will never buy another fuego product again. the shoes i had bought for myself in the spring are unwearable and definitely not danceable.

Line dance shoe
It has to be broken in a little more but seems to be doing good. It is easy on the knees & joints. Not twisting or pulling anything. Have to get use to the pivot circle under the ball of your foot cause I can feel that but otherwise good shoe.
