Beautiful cup , too heavy

The cup is beautiful but not user friendly. It is heavy and awkward lifting. Unclear if dishwasher and microwavable safe.

Not the same

I purchased two of these mugs in the store, which I love. I ordered more on line, but the color is not the same😢
