Awesome!
Great flavour. Smokey brisket wrapped in a delicious pastry with a nice gravy and veggies.

This is my 4th pie order and it's Deliscious! I have a convection oven and the top crust puffs up crispy flakey & golden brown. The bottom crust is a little thick and doesn't cook /bake thru that well (per instructions provided). I cover the top with foil, put on bottom rack at 5 degrees higher than indicated. Bake 30 - 35min and rotate every 10 or 12 min. Then remove foil, move up a rack and continue to bake until puffy and golden. Keep an eye on it and re-cover with foil if it gets too brown. (Based on my appliances). It's hearty, savoury and tasty :-)
