I really enjoy the light but I was pretty disappointed in the fact that there was a promotion around Black Friday that I could also get a free extra battery. About arrival I got the extra battery but there was no grid. I reached out to support and they said because I got the battery there would be no grid. Nowhere did it say on the product listing or sale page that the grid would be removed if accepting the gift for the extra battery
