Fastbake Breadmaker

Great machine. Very easy to use

I bought this as a replacement for the same model, which I've owned for over 20 years. It bakes a good loaf. I'm only giving this 4 stars because it seems to be noisier than my other one and the instruction/recipe book is half the size of the one I got with the original model and the print is tiny. It just seems like a strange thing to skimp on. My old model used to beep loudly when the bread was ready but I didn't hear this one at all...if it does beep, that is. Whilst I'm happy with it's general performance, this model seems to have gone down in quality and I'd be surprised if it lasts as well as my previous one. For anyone thinking of buying this though, as previously said, it makes great bread, cakes, jam etc and is easy to use. I often use it just to make dough which I can make different shaped loaves/ flatbreads with etc. You can also use it to make gluten free bread

Love it, the down side is I am eating way too much of it ❤️
