Mars 3.0

Purchased two Mars 3.0. One arrived with no problems and operates perfectly. The second one arrived damaged and appeared that somebody drove a forklift through the box. The damaged box/bike has a bent from brake disc, the front fork is bent and wobbles, the bike makes a loud squeeling noise, and the rear frame squeaks and creaks like crazy. I have sent all of the documentation, videos, and pictures to Heybike but they will not replace the damaged bike. They keep sending me the link to the UTube assembly video to tell me to rebuild the bike. I am extremely frustrated that they advertise a 14 day free trial but refuse to replace a bike that was clearly damaged damaged during shipping. The phone support team is unable to provide any assitance with quality problems. All product support is done through the email team and they constantly delay and pushing back instead of helping.

Got the first mars years ago still runs but i accidentally ran it over with my semi it needs a new front tire and a sprocket im going to fix it just so i can say its been ran over by a semi and still runs although i decided to get the new 3.0 and love it
