Trot Elevated Complete Set with Mat & Stand

Items are made of great quality material but we've noticed some issues with our items. One of the stands the leg isn't glued properly (manufacture error) you can see a big gap inbetween the platform of the raised wood table and the leg. Easily fixable on our end, but for the price we paid we shouldn't have to fix things when first receiving the product. As well as, the bowls say dishwasher safe and we washed on the top rack but then one bowl we see some discoloration in the color of the bowl on the side after washing once. Also the red rubber tray on one of our sets is warped. Thankfully it still rests okay on the wood and holds onto the wood so items dont slip around. Overall great product but too many flaws for something that is selling for quite a pricey amount. I expected minimal defects. Overall, things we can deal with after we fix the leg to one of our dogs trays. It's still usuable was just expecting less defects. Still happy with our purchase none the less.

Horrible customer service. I have a large dog so i ordered the tall 12inch elevated stand. When it arrived, it was too tall for my dog. I contacted the company for an exchange. They then redirected me to an exchange form and told me id have to cover the shipping costs of returning the tray and the shipping for the new tray as well. The mat also came warped and wouldnt sit flat on the stand but they did replace it for no fee. This company does not seem to care about its customers. I will not be recommending them to anyone.
