Worst customer service

My knife went missing due to postal employee misconduct. I provided Emerson customer service with pictures of the misconduct twice. I asked about the insurance information and what I would need to file a claim. As of this date to the best of my knowledge Emerson has not filed a claim and has failed to give me the insurance info I need to file a claim myself.

Works great now.

I shortened the blade to 2 1/2 so I can carry at work at work like the last one I broke. The screw that holds tension for the blade was loose enough to unscrew with my fingernail after 3 days. A little loctite fixed it right up. Great knife! Very comfy and pretty tough. Good for stripping cable insulation and great with thick zip ties! Figuring out how to sharpen was a learning experience.
