N SAR
I have been an owner of Emerson Knifes since the original Raven. This N-SAR replaces my original 2000 model SARK due to losing it overboard while cutting mooring lines. My expectations is that this knife will live up to the standards of its predecessor. This knife is no joke and will not be a closet queen or in a display case.

Not for me
I purchased this knife for my granddaughter who just completed Navy Aircrewmam school and is just starting Rescue Swimmer school. Looking forward to giving it to her.

I haven't had to use the N SAR yet but it is rock solid and reliable like all the Emerson Knives I've bought.
