Amazing blade!

The only thing I would do is make it an inch longer. I wear 4XL gloves and I would love a knife whose handle filled my hand.

American made excellence!

My first emerson was a Benchmade CQC-7 a long time ago. The chisel grind didn't appeal to me. I regret not trying this knife sooner. The size is perfect for larger hands. The texture on the handle scales gives you a solid grip even when wet. The blade shape and grind are very useful for any practical or tactical use. It comes razor sharp. I have three Emersons now (not counting the Benchmade) and I would recommend these quality knives to anyone!

Most comfortable Tactical Folder ever made

I fell in love with my first CQC-15 in 2011 (see photo). It replaced a 2002 CQC-7BW which was a wedding gift from my wife that I later lost in 2011. The CQC-15 felt so much more secure and full in my hand. I have carried that 2011 CQC-15 on-duty as a police officer in Oregon every work day since. I felt naked without it on my days off so I bought a second one to carry off-duty. I will someday have other Emersons to carry but I think the CQC-15 will always be my true love. The greatest hard use, tactical folder ever made... right here in the USA! Thank you Emerson team for such an outstanding product. Keep up the great work!
