Nobody available for product support other than a chat bot and I don’t like the fact that I have to watch a screen, which means I can’t close my eyes to relax or sleep while using this product.

I’ve only had mine a week but so far I love it. Easy to use. It’s expensive but honestly not really compared to something like Apple AirPods Max, when you look at it having an EEG and responding in real time. It’s really an amazing piece of technology. Cannot wait to continue to use and train my brain.
