Custom Google Pixel 8 Pro Clear Case

Case was good quality, the custom picture was skewed and only on half of the case. I went to get it replaced, but went to get it sent back, I got that they do not do direct returns, for items that were purchased in the store. The person that responded, gave me zero assistance. I asked several questions to follow up with them, never got any response back and I am now stuck with a case that I do not want and a sour taste from Skinit . Poor customer service. Vague return policy. Both of these things will make it a certain fact, I will not be using their service again. Also will be making sure to let everyone else know, buy with caution. 1/5 customer service 3.5/5 case quality
