Product was gorgeous however, as soon as I gently started to remove the name away the t broke on one name then the a snapped on the 2nd name. Both name have ended up in the bin as they were unable to be glued. The single layer is way too thin and fragile.

The actual signage is beautiful, however the way it was packaged and sent was not ideal! The cardboard box that was around it was not even big enough to cover the whole name, the cardboard box came out of the bubble wrap before I could get the sign out! There is a part of the acrylic has broken away luckily it’s not part of my daughters name otherwise I wouldn’t be impressed There is also no instructions for how to get the name out of the acrylic plate

Customer service was fantastic
