Not that great for a small pup

The quality of the collar looked great and the hardware. I have a chihuahua mix that has a very petite neck and this collar was HUGE on her. It was also very stiff. I think a dog with a much larger neck would do well with it buy my pup swam in it. My problem is that I have had to continually buy cat collars which are not strong enough for walking on a leash. They wear out very quickly but so far that is the only thing that is small enough for my pup. Even the ones that say they are leather. I’ll keep searching. Wish I could get someone to make her a custom made one. I gave it only 3 stars only because it was too big and too stiff for my little pup. I sent it back and trust that I will get a refund. There are a lot of places that advertise as having small collars or extra small but they seem to still be too big for my little pup.
