I purchased this ring for myself and a pendant for my daughter - Lauren went above and beyond to find a bigger jump ring so the pendant would suit my daughter's bracelet. Cannot thank her enough for her help and for creating two beautiful keepsakes. Could not recommend more highly, process was super easy and was kept in the loop all the way.
