First I’d like to preface my comments by saying I am 78. I have been trying magnesium sprays and creams for several years now trying to find one that really soaks into muscles. I have not been successful until now. This magnesium spray by Given and Gather is so good. My muscles feel much better, more flexible, more relaxed after hiking, younger actually! The spray really helps my sleep too. In fact I am careful to use it in the evening only because it makes me sleepy!
