an new link Cable that works with your Chromatic and your old GBC...
...for the later it is a little wobbly but for the Chromatic it sits rocksolid in its designated port.
Great connection, great length and awesome local multiplayer! Tried it with a couple of games but the favorites are Tennis and Tetris for sure. For the price you get a braided cable build to stand the test of time. Would highly recommend if you are looking to play some old school multiplayer. Modretro where is the 4-Player-Adapter? ;)

NIfty link cable
It does what any old link cable always did, but this one's way longer and has a nice braided cable. Very nice upgrade over the original and a must-have for Pokemon multiplayer on Chromatic

Long, well-made cable
The main advantage of this cable is its longer length compared to the official Nintendo link cables or the Analogue one. The cable is braided and durable, and the quality is high—works perfectly.
Just first look up how link cables work and function across the different Game Boys and their connectors, and you’ll know upfront what kind of link cable you should buy.
